Ingredients

  • 1 teaspoon matcha powder

  • 1 tablespoon hot water

  • 1 cup coconut milk

  • 1-2 teaspoons honey or Xylitol (optional)

  • Ice cubes

Directions

  • Whisk together the matcha powder and hot water in a small bowl until smooth to create a matcha paste.
  • In a separate glass, pour in the coconut milk.
  • Add the matcha paste to the coconut milk and stir well to combine.
  • If desired, sweeten the latte with honey or Xylitol to taste.
  • Fill a separate glass with ice cubes.
  • Pour the matcha coconut milk mixture over the ice.
  • Stir gently and enjoy your refreshing iced coconut matcha latte.
